Résumé | We present the results obtained from analyzing SUMER/SOHO observation data of a solar prominence. The studied prominence can be characterized as having a complex structure. From the 1 hour data set, we derived characteristic frequencies in terms of intensity and velocity oscillations, for 4 transition region lines. The homogenity in the characteristic frequencies suggests the engagemente of coronal oscillations with the chromospheric structure. The presence of different types of frequencies is detected: chromospheric oscillations, intermediate periods (6min to 12min) and also long periods (25min to 51min). This result suggests that these oscillations are transmitted by the magnetic fields. |
